ROYAL SCHOOL OF NEEDLEWORK
UK | 2010

Kirstie spent some months tutoring at the Royal School of Needlework at Hampton Court Palace, working alongside James Hunting with the Foundation Students in 2010.

To her delight the class of 15 students were all keen to create an embroidery to add to the slowly evolving garment.

Huge thanks to all the students and their incredible work!

Nothing expresses more eloquently the feelings I suspect we share about the importance of embroidery in our lives, and the support we derive from the friendships made through stitch, than Kirstie Macleod’s Red Dress.
